Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions outline the rules and guidelines for using our website and services. By accessing our website or booking lessons through Cantoflow, you agree to comply with these terms.
Lesson packages
Cantoflow offers lessons in the form of a trial, a single lesson or packages of 6, 12, or 24. For multi-lesson packages, all sessions must be completed before additional lessons can be booked. Students are required to purchase a new package upon completion of the previous one in order to continue lessons.
Lesson fees
All lessons are booked through Calendly, with payments securely processed via Stripe. Payment must be made in full and in advance before any lessons can be scheduled. For multi-lesson packages, students will be able to book their first lesson via Calendly immediately after payment. The remaining sessions will be scheduled separately in coordination with the teacher.
Rescheduling lessons
Lessons can be rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours' notice. If less than 24 hours' notice is provided, Cantoflow reserves the right to cancel the lesson and consider it used within the purchased package. Any individual lesson may only be rescheduled once. Additional rescheduling requests for the same lesson will not be accommodated.
Refunds and cancellations
All payments for lessons and lesson packages are non-refundable. However, in compliance with UK and EU consumer laws, customers may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if no lessons have been taken. Once a lesson has been scheduled or attended, refunds will no longer be available.
Amendments to terms
Cantoflow reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Students will be notified of any updates or changes prior to their next booking.
